This beanie is the best workout beanie I have ever used. It's really lightweight, regulates temperature even when you are working hard, and feels very comfortable to wear (especially for those of us who don't have quite so much hair anymore).
It has a snug fit, which I like because I'm pretty active and I don't have to worry about it slipping off.
Overall, an excellent purchase.

This is a very thin item. It fits well under your helmet. It keeps the ears warm. I use this down to 40 degrees and then I revert to my Assos cold weather gear.
